I logged in yesterday and was immediately beckoned by Shepherd to come check out a nice battle going on. I head down there and I see a couple of players attacking his city. They attacked first and were taking out his militia. I think they went down to about 700. By this time Shepherd had his army in position and was ready to launch a counter attack. He came strong with many mechs, and made for a great screen shot to see a few armies going at it, plus the city militia.
I spoke to gloom and longTseu after wards and told them they were very courageous to attack Shepherd, they responded back that yes and a bit "fou" (crazy in French) too. I logged in early in the morning and saw they were back on and so was Shepherd, and they were ready for another round. They were practicing and wanted to hone their skills, and their strategy was if you will be the best you must beat the best.
That brings me to an update about the community. It is great to see many brave, and a bit fou, players coming to Ballerium. We have started marketing the game around. We have banners on targeted gaming sites, and plan to do some ad buys on other major sites next month. We have seen a gradual increase of new players, and we want to continue with that trend.
