Ballerium is a multiplayer online strategy game developed by Majorem and operated in partnership with Sleepy Giant Entertainment, Inc. and its affiliates and partners, hereinafter collectively referred to as “we” “our” or “us”.

This Privacy Policy discloses to you the kinds of information we may gather about you when you play the online game Ballerium (the “Game”) and visit our website www.ballerium.com or its subdomains (collectively the “Website”). This Privacy Policy also discloses how and when we may disclose this information to others and how you can control the use of this information.

Information Collection

We receive and store any information you enter on our Website or provide to us in any other way. You can choose not to provide us with certain information, but then you may not be able to take advantage of many of our special features.

Registration: Before you can play the Game or use certain community features on the Website, you must register on the website www.ballerium.com/register. As part of this registration form, we require select personal information (including your birthday and e-mail address).

User Profile: To allow you to express yourself beyond just the information collected during registration, we enable you to provide additional information, such as a bio, favorite URLs, and instant messaging IDs. In addition, you may choose to include photos of yourself in your profile.

Logging: The Game and Website also logs non-personally-identifiable information including IP address, profile information, aggregate user data, and browser type, from users and visitors to the site. This data is used to manage the Website, track usage and improve the Website and Game services. This non-personally-identifiable information may be shared with third-parties to provide more relevant services and advertisements to users. User IP addresses are recorded for security and monitoring purposes. We also log game play data.

Email Communications

We periodically send emails to users. Users who no longer wish to receive updates or notifications may choose not to by selecting 'Do not send me notification emails' in the user profile 'Account Settings'. Users who do not wish to receive newsletters may choose not to by selecting 'Do not send me newsletters' in the user profile 'Account Settings'. All notification emails and newsletters also include the above instructions for opting-out of those communications in the future.

User Directory: The e-mail address that you submit upon registration will be searchable by other users who know you by your email address, unless you choose to opt out of this feature. This is primarily so that other users can find you to establish friendship through the Game and Website. You may opt-out of this feature by visiting the Privacy Settings section of your User Profile.

API: We may allow third parties access to all Game and Website data this is already publicly available through the Website. We will keep private any passwords and blog settings.

Syndication: We allow for the RSS syndication of all of its public content within the Website.

Partners: We provide the information to trusted partners who work on behalf of or with us under confidentiality agreements. These companies may use your personal information to help us communicate with you about offers from us and our marketing partners. Children Under 18 Years of Age.

You must be 13 years and older to register to use the Website. As a result, We do not specifically collect information about children. If we learn that we has collected information from a child under the age of 13, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.
